Manual Therapy Courses to Improve and Expand Your Health Care Practice

A Brief Introduction to Osteopathic Manual Therapy (OMT)

Osteopathic Manual Therapy (OMT therapy), also called osteopathic manipulative treatment, is a hands-on approach to healing that focuses on the musculoskeletal system. As a form of treatment, OMT does not involve any medication or surgery, relying only on the skilled touch of a trained practitioner.

Unlike other forms of manual therapy, osteopathic techniques are designed to address the symptoms of disease and the underlying causes.

By manipulating the body’s bones, muscles, and joints, receiving OMT relieves pain, improves mobility, and enhances overall body function. With over 100 years of success, OMT is recognized as a safe and effective treatment method that provides long-lasting relief from a wide range of musculoskeletal issues.

As an accomplished practitioner of osteopathic manipulative therapy and experienced osteopathic manipulative therapy instructor, I encourage anyone looking to improve their physical health and well-being to consider the benefits of osteopathic manipulative therapy.

Why Take Osteopathic Manipulative Therapy Classes From Fulcrum Institute

As a healthcare practitioner, seeking new and innovative ways to enhance your patients’ well-being should be a top priority. This is why osteopathic manipulative treatment has become such a popular addition to so many healthcare practitioners.

Our manual therapy courses are not focused on osteopathic manipulative medicine. Instead, they will teach you how to successfully integrate OMT techniques into your practice or learn new treatment techniques for healthcare practitioners already utilizing OMT treatment for their patients.

Osteopathic treatment involves a systematic approach to identifying and treating the entire body through a hands-on treatment method focusing on musculoskeletal, visceral, cranial, and soft tissue dysfunction.

Fulcrum Institute offers top-notch Osteopathic Manipulative Therapy classes to provide healthcare professionals with the necessary skills and knowledge to incorporate this approach into their current practice. You will learn both new and mainstream OMT techniques and how to best perform OMT to benefit your patients.
