This Level I class will consist of the evaluation and treatment of the temporomandibular joint and disc, ligaments, and associated musculature. Biomechanics of the TM joint will be discussed at length. Relevant cranial applications will also be considered. Time will be spent on the importance of dental considerations, as well as a discussion of splint therapy and its indications. A Level II class will be programmed for 2028.
